Because most pieces are made to order, return eligibility depends on the item. Custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For ready-to-ship items:

  • If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can make it right.
  • Exchanges may be possible for size or style, depending on availability—just reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
