Shipping Policy and Turn Around Times

I handcraft every piece with love, and some items are made to order, so please allow 7–14 days for your order to be completed and shipped. Fully custom orders will have a longer turnaround time but that will be clearly stated in the item description. Please contact me prior to ordering if you need a rushed shipment. Depedning on my order volume turn around times can be longer or shorter than average!

Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as the label is created. Most orders ship via USPS, but if you have a preferred shipping method, just reach out—additional costs may apply.

All packages are insured for their value, but please let me know within 48 hours if there’s any damage and include photos so I can make it right.
